2020 Profile system for construction

The standard series 20 profile, with the dimensions 20 x 20mm. Small but still very sturdy profile, usable for many purposes.

Strong aluminium profile with the dimensions 20 x 40mm, with respectively 1 and 2 tracks.

Extra wide series 20 profile, with the dimensions 20 x 80mm and 4 slots / tracks. Can be used as a table in a CNC.

Large profile with basic dimendsions 40x40mm and 6mm slots. 2 tracks on all 4 sides. Perfect for larger constructions,

Profile with base measures 20x20, with two of the corners rounded, so that the profile has a quarter-circle shape. T-slot on 2 sides.

Small and solid bracket, for assembling 2 or 3 series 20 profiles in a corner. Gives you a strong joint with a great finish.

A bracket in aluminium for joining two series 20 profiles in 90 degrees.

Large angle-bracket in aluminium, with 4 mountingholes. Gives you extra stiffness compared to the small bracket.

Bracket in aluminium for bolting series 20 profiles together. Included cover gives a nice looking finish.

Flat brackets made from extruded aluminium. Take less space than the large brackets, and gives you a great joint.

Angle bracket in solid aluminum, with black or silver surface. Typically used for V-slot profiles, but can also be used for standard series 20 profiles.

Flat bracket that is mounted on the outside of two profiles. The bracket is painted metal and gives you a powerful joint.

Long joint to make a straight joint of two profiles, end to end. 4 pinol screws ensures it can be fastened securely.

A smart bracket that is mounted inside the profiles. Easily tightened with a unbraco key.

Strong 45, 90 and 135 degree angled brackets. Can be used when you need to make a triangle with the profiles.

Standard Vesa monitor bracket in solid anodized aluminum. Can be mounted directly on profiles, on bracket and arms.

Bolt for series 20 profiles, with self-locking head, that locks in place when you turn it 90 degrees.

Nut that fits down in our series 20 profiles with 6mm slot. The nut turns and locks itself when tightened.

Gliding nut for series 20 profiles, that is put in to the end of the profile. Can be glided back and forth in the profile.

The nut can be pushed in to the series 20 profiles 6mm slot, whereafter the spring holds it in place.

Hinge in aluminium or black nylon for series 20 profiles. Can be used for doors and lids.

Wheel in hard plastic, that fits in to serie 20 tracks (6mm). Can be used for securely guiding movable parts.

Base that fits in the tracks of series 20 profiles (6mm). A carabiner is included, that can be used for hanging up items.

Foot with M6 thread that fits 2020 profiles. Can be used for placing parts on the floor or table.

Rubber foot with thread, that is vibration dampening. Typically used under machines with motion, eg. 3D printers.

Edge strip in gray plastic, that can be used for mounting 3mm plates in a 6mm track, as in series 20 profiles

Light gray platic profile that can be used for covering the slots in 2020 profiles. Great finish for visible profiles.

A black plastic endcap that fits series 20 profiles. When simply pushed in, it secures against sharp edges.

Wing grip with M6 or M8 thread. The grip can be used for fastening profiles, brackets, arms etc.

Handle with thread, that is often used in a joint where there is often need to loosen and fasten a joint. M6 and M8 thread.

Black nylon handle that can be used for doors and lids. M6 fits series 20 and 30, M8 fits 30 and 40 profiles

Threaded rod with M6 thread, in fixed lengths, that can be used for fastening and other purposes.

Holder for cable ties, that fits in to series 20 profiles. The holder is put in to the tracks, and is fastened by rotating it.

Simple cable and tube holder, that is locked by pushing the clamp together. Inserted in to a series 20 track, and turned for locking it.

Magnets that can be fastened with countersunk bolts. The countersunk hole gives you a flush surface after mounting.

Magnet with thread in the middle. Can be used to fasten parts to the magnet.
