Smart protection against high current, that can be used for protecting motors, actuators and other similar current-variable units. When you block a motor or an actuator, it will use an extra high current, which very quickly can result in the motor overheating and be destroyed. This protection can prevent this, by shutting the power off.
The controller has an adjustable current limit, adjustable delay before the protection kicks in, and adjustable delay before the controller again attempts to start the motor. Alternatively you can set the controller to require manual start, when the controller has been activated. This is changed by moving the jumper.
It is straight forward to connect it as you simply insert in between the power supply and the motor.
There is 2 status LEDs, that shows when the controller is active, and when there is too high a current.
