Complete conversion kit for L,P,G,R,S-series with LED headlights from 2016, to replace the cold white LED DRL with a different light color.
They are available in all colors, but typically favorite is the yellow in the right amber / orange indicator color. The dual color model gives you more flexibility, functions and benefits. Other light colors can be made on request.
The bright high power LEDs give you plenty of light. They are mounted on a aluminium plate like the original, which ensures optimal cooling and extended lifetime on the LEDs.
Dual color kits
The kit consists of a set of dual-color light sources, one for the right side and one for the left, as well as thermal paste to enhance heat conduction.
The included advanced controller allows you to activate the following functions:
- Color change from xenon white to yellow
- Night dimming
- Strobe effect
- Greeting function
The light sources and controller are connected with M8 cables. Refer to the manuals for complete instructions.
Single color kits
There are original connectors, so the connection is pure plug&play.
Each set contains two boards, one for right and one for left, as well as heat conductive paste for increased heat transfer. The original are not mounted with paste, but we recommend doing so anyway.
Mounting
It is relatively simple to mound the single color emitters, eg. yellow, where it takes about ½ hour per lamp first time.
The Dual Color with strobe requires more in-depth knowledge about how to connect to the trucks existing lighting signals, and recoding of the DRL to low brightness. Look under manuals for all details.
The emitters are not ECE approved.
It may be necessary to adjust the black fiber guide that sits above the circuit boards. Some models do not have room for all the LEDs and, therefore, need to be drilled. See the image with the red circle around the hole. A 8mm drill should be fine.
Only for the new S and R, that have LED headlights mounted, and not halogen.
The emitters are not ECE approved.

It is important that the truck DRL is coded to low brightness. This is typically done at Scania.
