    Micro-alloy with Sn 99.3 and CU 0.7

    The lead-free solder with soldertemperatur of 255-265 degrees, up to 320 degrees. The solderjoints will be equal or better than traditional lead-solders and other lead-free solders.

    The special developed flux gives you non-corrosive and transparent residues.
