Preheater that is used for soldering or repairing circuit boards. It preheats the board so that components can be soldered or replaced easier. Typically you heat the board to +100 degree, where after you use a SMD hot air soldering station, or a soldering iron, to raise the temperature on the individual components, that need to be soldered or replaced.
The two adjustable holders with fingerscrews makes it easy to mount a board or a complete panel over the preheater. The temperature is adjusted with the knob, and the set temperature can be read in the display. The button changes between set and actual temperature.
The heating element is ceramic, with a 600W power. With a heated area of 130 x 130mm, there is plenty of space for the typical tasks.
