Sensor with controller that activates a relay, when the moisture falls under a defined value. The controller is easily adjusted with the small potentiometer.
It is easy connect, as you simply put the included wires on the sensor, and then connect these to the controller. 12V is supplied in the last two pins, where after the controller is ready. The sensor is then put in to the material where you want to measure the moisture, eg. dirt.
Anything can be connected to the relay (within the limits of the relay), eg. a waterpump that pumps until the moisture level has been reached, where after relay and motor turns off again.
The relay is max 10A and 250V for AC, 10A and 30V for DC.
