The LED stripes are is sold in increments of 50 cm, but can be supplied in coils up to 5 metres. If you order 5 pcs. x 50 cm you will get one 250cm stripe. You can then split it up into several smaller stripes, or extend it as needed.
The stripe is 8 to 10 mm wide depending on the type and can be cut up in small lengths of 5-10 cm, where there are 3-6 powerful SMD LEDs in a circuit ready for 12Vdc. There are clear markers, where the stripe can be cut, as well as solder-pads, where you can solder wire on or extend with more SMD LED stripe. On the back is a powerful 3M tape that is used to mount the tape.
The SMD LED stripe can be connected directly to 12V or via a 12vDC Transformer, which can be purchased next. LED stripe can also be attenuated in the brightness via our 12Vdc dimmers, which are mounted between the tape and the transformer.
The installation is very simple, but if it must be used in houses/buildings, it must be connected by an electrician.
