V-slot - Mini v-plate / gantry

    Aluminium base plate that is used for making a gantry with V-slot mini-wheels. The gantry can run in v-slots with 20mm distance, eg. on a 20x20 profile, the short side of a 20x40 profile etc.

    There are 5 holes with M5 thread in the middle of the plate, for fixating a part. There are notches for looping in a belt (max 6.35mm with). The belt is fed through, and typically zip-tied.

    The complete set consists of these parts:

    • 4 x V-slot mini-wheels (V500102)
    • 2 x Excentric 6.35 spacer (V500434)
    • 2 x Standard 6.35 spacer (V500433)
    • 4 x Precision-washer (5.3x8mm) (V500431)
    • 4 x Bolts, M5 x 25mm (A005401-25)
    • 4 x Nuts, M5
    • 1 x V-slot mini gantry (V500602)

    Plate that is used for making a gantry with V-slot mini-wheels. Can run in 20mm V-slots.
